No I haven't looked at my friend Google or looked for some other possibly

I'm looking for a hand held radio that, not a cb, I'm sure, has a range in
the neighborhood of 50 miles. Where I hunt there is no cell phone service
and it's way too far for hand held cb radio. If I get stck or something
happens I might have a long wait. I have a couple of FRS and GMRS multi
channel radios that have a max range of 15 miles so it is possible that
there is a radio out there now to fit my needs.
Anyone have anything on the subject?
Google for satellite phone.
