The whole re-farming episode has been in the mill for three years
now, and there's no reason to gunk-up the works at H-Hour.

as point of fact there is a reason bto delay the FCC geting around to
ending Code testing which the FCC says it will deal after this matter
is done

now the FCC will likely ignore it as they should
