Default What Albert Einstein said about Radio.

OK. I will take the time to explain this to you. If your antenna DOES
NOT emmanate waves into the ether, then it must shoot sub-atomic
particles, and if so, that is HIGHLY DANGEROUS. As these sub-atomic
particles traveling though your body would cause cancer, DNA damage, etc.

So, stay away from your antenna idiot! Laughing Out Loud!

Radio signals are photons, little quanta of light energy, which have
characteristics of both particles and waves. They are characteristic
of particles, in part, in that they do not require a "medium" through
which to travel and can physically impinge upon other particles. They
are characteristic of waves in that they can be seen to resonate at
specific frequencies and interfere with wave characteristics of other
quanta. And vice-versa. Please excuse the imprecision in my language,
it's been awhile.

When you deal with mechanical waves, you must provide a medium for them
to propagate. Quanta are different, and do not always conform in
obvious analogous ways to mechanical waves. There is a hypothetical
all-pervasive quantum background that seems to be the source of the
characteristics of quanta, but this does not equate to an ether.

I am not an expert in quantum theory or relativity by any means, I just
have some educational background in quantum/radiation physics, and I
love astronomy and cosmology...and one tends to absorb information
about beloved subjects.
