Default SA605 or SA615 source

Anyone got a source for SA605 or SA615? I want to build the 1-chip
receiver that Steve Hageman describes in EDN Access of 25 September
1997, but am having problems finding the chips. Maybe I'm looking past
them.

Nominally these are Phillips parts (now NXE or whatever). They use the
'SA' 'NE' etc., for indicating temperature ranges -- I know I've had
trouble finding '602s with one prefix, and no problem with the other.

I recall reading that the SA602/605's were discontinued and replaced by
the '612/'615. Because of demand some of these were relabeled and sold
as 602/605's to satisfy customers who didn't believe that the parts were
interchangeable. They are.
