ICAO identifier "VNY." I flew in and out of there taking lessons
four decades ago. Never met either Ingrid Bergman or
Humphrey Bogart. Or even Claude Rains. I think Jimmie is

The FCC received my 14-page Comment on FCC 99-143 on
15 Jan 1999. Makes it just a few days short 8 years.
