Dear Brian,
I strongly recommend that you purchase the World Radio TV Handbook.
Go he
http://www.wrth.com/index.html to learn more.
Along with Passport to World Band Radio (as well as Popular
Communications and Monitoring Times magazines) this book - like
Passport, published yearly - is, in my opinion, indispensable.
In the summer WRTH updates their schedules online and for free.
The other free online services (PrimeTimeShortwave, etc.) are very good
too, but only as supplements to the two books. The books contain far
more broadcast information than is currently available online and books
are inherently easier to use.
As always, my opinions only.
Best,
Joe

I am currently using Radio Explorer with Prime Time input data.
I realize that I could think up a country and try the internet to see
if they broadcast but a TV guide version of Shortwave would be nice.
Are there other Shortwave schedule listings available?
