Thanks, I'd forgotten about the versacorder. Since it uses cassettes,
it wouldn't serve my needs as well. Archiving mp3s is a snap, and I
like to load up my iPod with mp3 boradcast recordings to listen to on
trips. However, I suspect that the versacorder would probably be a lot
easier to use.

Thanks for sharing your review; I linked to it. Are you familiar with
the Sangean/C.Crane versacorder? It's a cassette-based recorder that
supports scheduling the recordings. I don't have one, but it would be
interesting to hear how the experience compares between the 1121 and
the versacorder.
