I'm trying to identify what I heard on 14.045 mhz at 22:15z on Feb
2nd. It was radio news in CW, but it faded at 22:30z and I couldn't
figure out what I was listening to. Here's a sample of what I heard:

"chile, ce. hector, ce3fzl is qrv as ce2p from panul lighthouse,
arlhs073, during the month of february on the weekends. activity is on
40, 20,15 and 10 mete t4 qsl via ea5kb."

Does anyone know what this was? Thanks!
