The station is known as M8a and is from Cuba.

The same station is operating on or about 5800 at 1007.

And now operating on 8097 at 1800.

Yes. Receiving it in socal now. Not moving the s-meter
but audible. Sometimes fades to unreadable.
Same type of 5 letter groups.
