"A Manchester company that makes high-performance antennas has been sold to a
U.K.-based firm for more than $89 million in cash.
Cushcraft Corp., once the world's largest producer of ham and short-wave radio
antennas, will become part of the Laird Group, officials said.
About 100 Cushcraft employees are based in Manchester and another 20 elsewhere."
