Well, they got Israel's DST right (it just began Friday at GMT
midnight - GMT+2 to +3) which is a tough one because it tends to
change each year. It's a battle between the religious who don't want
people to start their Saturday nights before the end of the Sabbath
(about 40 minutes after sundown) and the secular who want to save oil.
