Worse yet, earilier in this century, *every* Catholic woman wore a
headscarf when in a house of worship!
And non-Catholic women visiting Catholic houses of worship were expected
to cover their heads, as well. And then there are those yarmulkes...

Do the Amish expect us "English" to cover our heads if we go in their
houses of worship?
