I think we have a new form of dx'ing; "iboc, iboc, who'se got the

For example, this morning, around 8:00 eastern time, I was trying to
listen to 1040, WHO Des Moines, about 500 miles to the west and the
signal was half-covered by a waterfall. I tuned to 1020,1030,1050, and
1060 and there were only very weak signals, well below the level of
the iboc hash. Where was it coming from? and why was it so strong?
