Imagine what that crap does to a blind person who reads usenet news
with a speech program. Most likely it understands use of "" for
quoting text, but on the rest of his crap, there's just no hope.

I call his writing style "Tinfoil-hat English" because that's how
usenet conspiracy theorists used to write as well.
