Default Just what are these things? ID's please.

Eugene,

You have somehow been able to come upon the very rare and always valuable
"Flux Capacitor". Possessing infitely small inductance and infinitely large
capacitive reactance it is rumored to be usefull in relativity experiments
such as exceeding the speed of light. Was it found in the vicinity of an old
DeLorean sports car by any chance?

Big heavy coil. What use? Any ham use? About 10" in diameter.
About 6" high. 20 pounds. The 2 light duty wires have a tag :Start".
The resistance of the heavy duty winding is something less than 0.1 ohms.

Any suggestions as to value ($) would be appreciated.
