some reason. Nevertheless, theft requires me to steal something that
belongs to you. The domain name

belong to you, it never did, your call has no meaning except to the
FCC and when your on the air, other than that it has zero meaning to
the rest of the world. The domain name is the property of Blogger and
was issued to me upon request by Blogger, kind of like a ham license.
You know, when people give up their old calls and they are reissued to
someone else by the FCC. If you want to dispute my aquisition of the
domain name then dispute it with Blogger. But as I have said, your
blog went not found which freed the domain name, it stayed not found
for several days, and then I obtained the domain name while you were
off doing whatever you do with your spare time.
Furthermore, I have a disclaimer on my blog clearly stating that the
blog is not yours nor is not associated with your amateur station. So
there is no fraud, I am not pretending to be you, or project myself as
such. Anyone who visits my blog can clearly see that it is not
yours. I think we covered this issue enough. Move on or yap to
Blogger about it.
