Re-posting the deviant's postings makes ME over the line? His account
was canceled after his Internet provider was informed of what he was doing.

You certainly have a short memory. If he keeps up the trash, every
posting he's ever made will be sent to his commanding officer. They have
a treatment program for drunkards.
