Default Mike States' arrant behavior needs corrective action. Why will eBay take no action?

eBay has made it clear yet again that they do not give a flying

them to look the other way.

Mike States -eBay member;states-has over 5500 transactions wherein he
willfully violates eBay's listing rules.

He specializes in selling electronics books-the old, often out of
copyright tube ones Lancaster probably throws on the Alvin pile, with
the Woo-Woo WE 19C oscillators and stashes of carbon comp resistors-by
listing them with long, flowery bull**** descriptions, always omitting
the title and author, and-the key to his operation-listing them under
clearly WRONG categories, to wit:

Listed in category: Musical Instruments Guitar Amplifiers
Electric Guitar Marshall

Not try to put lipstick on my pig by telling me about how bad it is
to be ****ing with someone's "livelyhood" sic.

Not when Mr. States has chosen the path of breaking the rules. HE is
****ing with MY livelyhood sic by debasing the value of eBay, as are
eBay management by not applying corrective action. There are plenty
of categories for "Books" both under Books and, where appropriate,
Consumer Electronics-Vintage-Manuals, Books, Etc. and under
Industrial. In a few debatable cases he poste them in marginally
relevant cases, such as a book on speakers in Speakers, but a 1948
book in a category for Marshall guitar amplifiers with NO connections
to Marshall amplifiers, when Jim Marshall was a big band drummer
playing for dance bands in England???

You're goddamned right I'm ****ing with his livelihood. And will
continue to do so, until he modifies his arrant behavior. Oh yeah,
please correct your spell checker.....
