In the USA it is a violation of Federal Law to operate on frequencies
outside the authorized 11 meter Citizen's Band.

Be advised that all frequencies between 28.000 and 29.700 MHz are
reserved internationally, worldwide, for communication ONLY by licensed
operators and licensed stations.
