drink. A Scottish whiskey. A Scot is a person. Or you or him are
Scottish. A real Scot is insulted if he is called Scotch. Scotch can
be used only for things which can be bought, such as whisky, eggs and
politicians. I don't know what type of dog that doggy is. He might be
a Scottish Terrier. He might be something else.
