I'me Peter ON4HP from Diepenbeek Belgium.
Maybe, you could help me...
I have no audio on my Icom 706, no audio at the original speaker and
also to the external speaker, but sound is ok on the headset socket
on the face of transceiver.
the switch speaker/phone on the back of the display seems to work
(audio up or down on the phoneconnector).
Do you know a way to repair this?
I've noticed that there is a relay which switched between speaker and
phones.
When i put a connector a little bit in the phoneconnector the relay
switches and i have audio...
i've changed the internal phoneconnector but still the same...
Who can help me? please...
