Combine this radio with any ol' 10/11 Meter antenna and listen to the
world come alive! This Model 3837 Sears Roadtalker Transceiver
has the built-in AC power supply for plug'n'play base operation as
well as the 13.8VDC option. Extremely nice condition rig that ranges
from 28.300 to 28.745 MHz with clarifier that works in both transmit
and receive modes. 25 watt PEP input power and digital display.
Includes original microphone, owner's manual, AC and DC power cords,
mounting bracket and conversion data. $65 shipped in the USA. Will
ship worldwide with buyer paying shipping costs. PayPal or Postal
Money Order only.

It appears to be advertised as a 10 meter radio. CB is 11 meters.
Also, the stated frequency ranges, 28.300 to 28.745MHz, are completely
outside of the CB (11 meter) band. It'd appear to me that this is a
completely legal unit for use on the Amateur Radio 10 meter band. Not
legal for CB use, but then again, from the description, the unit is
not able to operate on the 27 MHz band in its current configuration.
