Wikipedia has a good article on Temperate Rainforest, and yes, the
Northwest States of Washington, Oregon, and northern California, also
have Temperate Rainforest. It stretches all the way from northern
California all the way north through Oregon, Washington, British
Columbia to Kodiak Island in Alaska.
There arer other areas in the world that have Temperate Rainforest
too. But in some places that used to have a lot, it is almost all
gone.
