Default Sony CRF-150 manual?

Hi,

I've picked up a working CRF-150 for a restoration project recently.
I've gathered from the posts I've read here these radios are darn near
impossible to open without the manual. If anyone has one they care to
liberate or would be so kind to copy, please email me at salmonsm at
missouri.edu.

Thanks!

You might contact Fred at Universal Radio to see if he has a copy of
the tech manual. He was able to help me on a much older National
receiver, so his filing cabinet may hold a surprise. Expect that they
will charge a copying fee.

Here's some information on the 150 from their website:

For whatever it is worth I owned a similar model from Panasonic, the
RF-5000b. A few band lights were out and I figured replacement would
be easy with the tech manual and Panasonic actually had one in stock.
Those little lights were tucked so far inside that a complete removal
of a complex bandswitching mechanism would have been required. Not
wishing to risk totally disabling an otherwise good performing radio i
decided to live with a couple of dead lights.
