radio English transmissions from Sri Lanka?

I am listening in eastern Canada.

0100 0430 CLN Sri Lanka BC E SAs 6005 15745 9770
0430 0515 Su CLN Sri Lanka BC E SAs 9770 15745 6005
(From EiBihttp://www.susi-und-strolch.de/eibi/dx/bc-a07.txt)

P.S. I'd try for the 9770 or 15745 myself...

I'd probably go for the 9770 just based on time of day - but this
station has never been really powerful here in California, and they
remain recalcitrant about sending a QSL ;-)

Here is my log of 11 March:

9770.2 SRI LANKA. Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation, 0055-0142,
3/11/07. Heard at 0055 with possible anthem, drum beats, prior to that had test
tone on the frequency. Time pips at 0100, ID, schedule, and into English program.
Later into old pop music, Air Supply, 38 Special, etc. Totally gone by 0142.

dxAce, Question for you - when you write out for a QSL, is this the
level of detail you provide, or is it more? I typically provide as
much as I can pack in - it is a labor-intensive process - and then
wonder if it's enough!

Thanks,
