Default 4910 Khz - ABC (Tennant Creek?) domestic service 0802+

I wonder if they use NVIS (near-vertical incidence signal) techniques
like NBC Port Morseby PNG does on 4890 Khz. Outback Australia seems
like it was made for NVIS shortwave.
