Default Ferrite for spark plug noise supression?

There also used to be "resistance wire" ignition wiring,
but IIRC, it
was pretty fragile.

There are probably resistor spark plugs available for
this car. They will significantly reduce ignition noise
although other remedies, such as ferrite beads, will also be
helpful.
