That time is good for Asia and the Pacific. Lots of Asian domestics
floating around at that time. I've heard Taiwanese, Chinese, and
Indonesian domestics then. Never conclusively identified North Korea
though. A Burmese clandestine once got through, to my surprise. Today
I take medication that allows me to sleep.
