Yep. Cuba airs most if not all of Venezuela's stuff nowadays. I
presume that it was cheaper for Hugo to use Uncle Fidel's resources to
broadcast than to maintain a tx on Venezuelan soil. Hugo still hasn't
gotten the idea that if you want to broadcast propaganda to America,
it needs to be in ENGLISH. Having RHC put in a good word for you isn't
the same as airing your own stuff, even if it is on Cuba's dime.


It occurs to me that maybe Hugo is really trying to spread propaganda
to the Cubans...? Or to the growing Spanish-speaking pops in the
U.S.? Just a hypothesis...
