1984 [as was the other old call database license], so this may also be your
guy.... callsign is PG1110615 and it is active. Also mentions "License
Converted 5/17/2001" if that means anything to anyone. There is no FRN so he
didn't upgrade and get current in the ULS, so no address is listed, and
there is no amateur radio license listed.
