Huh? The "bomb drop" as you call it, was in Hiroshima/Nagasaki in 1945;
Cuhulin was in Tokyo during the Viet Nam era, the mid sixties. The Ginza
is a popular upscale shopping/restaurant district of Tokyo.

Maybe they did remove 3 feet of radioactive top soil in
Hiroshima/Nagasaki, but why would you think they hauled it to the
Ginza??? To bring new meaning to the phrase "Shop 'til you drop"? :-)
