While I can appreciate the citys' interest in these; why would anyone
ever have to get the cities permission? If the device meet/exceeds FCC
specs and "they" obtained the power companies to use their (our) pole
for mounting, it should be out of the cites authority.

Perhaps a call to the power company who maintains the pole would develop
some information?

I have no idea of what this device is; a guess would be the best I could
venture. However, my interest, most likely, meets or exceeds the cites ...
