Default What is this???

I don't know about the other objects, but in picture #9, the oval object is
a "turning web".
They are used when you have to reverse the direction of a cable, but keep it
on the same line.
The radius of the web is larger than the minimum radius the cable can
handle.
It keeps the wires inside the cable from flexing too much and breaking as
the cables direction changes.
This may or may not be a part of the "mystery box". It is probably part of
the local Telco physical plant.

All boxes have 3 connections: Power, antenna, and some sort of other

perhaps fiber.

No one asked the city communications department or the city attorney
for permission to install
these. They also would like to know what they are.

All have a fan inside that is running.

The devices were manufactured or owned by Nextel. (See pics.)

The antenna looks to be 800 Mhz.
