Program : American Mosaic in "Special-English" followed
by Dead Air @ 01:58 UTC
- - - Note beamed SSE to "The Americas" Central and South
America in "Special-English" -and- I was only about 200 Miles
to the North with only a S1~S3 Signal Level and Fair Audio.
