My guess is we're gonna hear some rap about how "Carlos", "Cesar",
"Maldonado", and "Reinoso" are more "middle names" that Tardo has
"always had" and "chooses to use in some contexts".
Calls are recycled nearly everywhere. They are not like football jerseys and
they don't get retired.
I had the calls from about 1965 into the late 60's. I really don't remember
if one had to renew with some regularity or not. Licenses were "courtesy"
grants in most cases.
