I don't know, having never used the '320D. The G303 is a great little
receiver. Its UI is wonderful. The downside is you have to have a
virtual soundcard mixer to bring the audio out to a recording program,
a problem you won't have with the '320D.
There are multiple UIs for the '320D, *and* the G303 UI will run on a
computer without the radio installed in "demo" mode. That may be a
big deciding factor.
As for noise... the internal PCI card that is the G303i is extremely
well shielded and I have absolutely no problems whatsoever with
computer noise. If you still need/want the radio far away, that's
possible with both the external G303 and the 320D.
Oh, the G303 is heavily dependent on the quality of your soundcard(s)
and speakers. Mine are pretty good, so a strong signal can be a real
pleasure to listen to.
