HD Radio
I'm hearing some very interesting rumors about iBiquity, the company
behind terrestrial radio's savior technology HD Radio (just a little
refresher, the "HD" doesn't actually stand for "high definition" -
funny huh?). Word has it that iBiquity is experiencing so much
financial mayhem that they've stopped all projects, both current and
future, and are regrouping or possibily worse.
Rather than posting messages with vague unsupported claims why don't
you give us the details. Where did you read the rumors, who wrote
them and most importantly what specifically was written (or spoken).
iBiquity is owned by private equity firms and by the major station groups.
It does not put out financials to Wall Street.- Hide quoted text -

- Again, the original poster should produce the evidence
- that IBiquity is having financial problems.
- Makes me think whoever is posting as RFBurns
- has another agenda.
- Maybe he has an interest in one of the third tier
- competitor companies.
- Or he's some hack journalist.
- I notice he has not responded again under that name.

Could RF Burns and IBOC Crock are Part of a Capitalist Cabal
to sink IBOC Radio and Promote 'other' Completing Voice {Radio}
Technologies via the Internet ? - It Boggles the Mindless !
Then Again . . . Maybe d'Eduardo has a Split-Persona {Non-Grata}
and : DE = RF Burns = IBOC Crock = $ Job Security $ for DE.
wait-a-minute . . . the-plot-thickens - plot, Plot. PLOT !
