Given that the Vancouver station must protect WSM (must use a directional
antenna that decidedly does NOT favor the southeastern U.S.) - and that
even Vancouver stations that *don't* have to protect anyone in the U.S.
Southeast are VERY difficult to log here - I think the chances of hearing
the Vancouver 650 station in Kentucky are only very slightly better than
the chances of hearing China itself.

And that's assuming the Vancouver station broadcasts programs in Chinese.
Its normal format doesn't, and there are fulltime Chinese stations on
other frequencies (1320, 96.1, possibly others) there.
