ASHLAND, VA to VICTORIA, VA.

response indicated that it was already on the air according to your 'updated
data'.

Here is what the GM of WHAN has to say, hot off the press in response to a query
about the Construction Permit:

"We are still on 1430. It will take some time to complete the move as we have to
confirm the site and then build two towers. But we're moving albeit slowly.
Thanks for asking."
