VE7UQ IS NEW MANAGER FOR INCOMING QSL BUREAU FOR BC
After 19 years of service, Dennis Livesey VE7DK has retired as BC
Incoming
QSL manager. RAC BC/YT Director Ed Frazer VE7EF thanked Dennis for his
many
years of QSL service to BC hams, and took on the task of finding a new
Bureau manager.
Taking over on September 24, 2007 as the Incoming QSL Bureau manager for
BC
is Ken Clarke VE7UQ. Ken plans a team approach to speed the flow of
QSL
cards, and will create a website to permit easy checking of user credits
and
cards waiting. The new address for the Bureau is:

Receiving his Amateur licence in 1983, Ken's main interests are
contesting
