Yes, and so were the findings of the Tobacco Institute. That research
was often flawed, as well.


The difference is that the audits of the Arbitron methodology are done by an
independent board, principally appointed by the advertising industry, not by
the NAB or some other incestuous radio industry group. The Tobacco Institute
was exactly that, not a research company.
