Shortwave Bands are studying going Digital (DRM)
and the new 'European' Transmitter may be one step
in that direction.

Those proposals are applicable to the publically-owned CBC/SRC only...
nothing to do with a low-powered SW relay of a major city newstalk
station, albeit one owned by one of Canada's major private
broadcasters, Standard Radio.
