I take a small SSRI every night, as well. But that has nothing to do
with the failure of civilization.

You got it backward. You failed civilization. Get off the recreational
drugs and if that drug pusher you have for a doctor has been prescribing
the SSNRI for more than 6 months then dumb him and get someone that will
actually help you. Drugs are a therapeutic not a lifestyle.
