No such thing. We are not pleased with the Arbitron's ability to implement a
sound technique, and the issues are all related to the panelists and the
proportionality of the total panel to each market. Arbitron underestimated
the amount of work needed to create and keep the panels in proportion on all
stratification variables... and subscribers are asking for this to be done
sooner than later.
