David - You just admitted to being a Criminal under Federal Law
and -IF- You are Federally Licensed [FCC] and Working at a
Federally Licensed Facility {Radio/TV Stration} - That's A No No !
Under the Federal Drug-Free Work Place Act of 1988. ~ RHF
.
It's legal to get falling down drunk but not legal to smoke pot. Go figure.
It is not legal to be either in a public place or legal to be under the
influence of any drug in a public place.
What about trimethylxanthine? People wandering all over public places
loaded to the gills with that stuff, with the complete blessing of the
Fascist Regime.
It does not matter what the drug is if you act intoxicated in a public
place.
