No. The issue here is poor overall performance of the company, mostly

in the Chicago and LA clusters.


Citadel and Emmis are in penny-stock territory and CC is history -
your whole industry, plus HD Radio, are headed for the toilet.


Clear Channel is going private... meaning investment bankers believe it has
greater value than the market is giving it.

Good example: SBS has a market cap today that is below the market value of
just one of its NY FMs, and they have twenty-some additional stations and a
TV operation on top of that. In other words, were SBS shares more widely
held, it would be a huge buy-out candidate.
