Was this authorized by Ron Paul or by any employees of his campaign?
Was it an overenthusiastic supporter? Was it someone trying to demean
him by associating his campaign with spam and, in particular, spam
which uses criminal methods? If it was in fact associated with his
campaign has Mr. Paul's organization taken actions to prevent this
sort of behavior in the future?

Or is someone trying to frame the good Doctor...
