Default Homemade QRP Transmitter 40-20-15-10 meters SSB for Digital Modes, is it possible?

I'm just wondering if I can build a QRP transmitter for 40-20-15 and
10 meters in SSB to use it for PSK, RTTY, and other digital modes.
