Bussman type HVA is a larger diameter, but the right length and available
in half-amp size with plenty of high voltage interrupting ability.

They are fairly common in broadcast transmitters.

Give the Bussman rep a call; he may be able to locate something of a
smaller diameter. You want to talk to the electrical power guys, and
not the electronics guys.
