Hi folks. I must say farewell to the following almost brand-new unit. Please

This receiver was purchased new in October 2007 from RadioWorld in Toronto,
is in perfect condition and has never left my home. The1 year warranty is
still valid, and has 8 months remaining.
The IC-R75 covers a frequency range that's wider than other HF receivers;
0.03-60.000000 MHz. This wide frequency coverage allows you to listen to a
variety of communications including marine communications, amateur radio,
short wave radio broadcasts and more. The specs are as follows:
I don't want to nit-pick, but this is not strictly accurate. While it
offers wide coverage, the receiver is only guaranteed to work 0.1-29.99
and 50-54 MHz. Selectivity and sensitivity outside of those ranges may
not be what you hope for.
Also, marine communications tend to be well outside of this extended
range much further into VHF. 156-162 MHz is where most of those channels
live. Even air traffic stuff starts somewhere around 108 MHz.
Looks like a fine receiver, however.
